Ok, I’ll start this off! I have a couple of ideas, both of which are more “literary” than “library” tattoos. For some inspiration, people might want to visit http://www.contrariwise.org/.
I’m thinking either a quote from one of my favorite books, Lolita: “I have only words to play with” OR a chain of flowers (begonias, specifically), which would be a reference to my favorite childhood book, Which Witch? by Eva Ibbotsen. One of the main characters, Belladonna, desperately wants to be a dark witch but every time she tries to turn something into a nasty rotting skull she ends up making begonias instead.
